Set against the grimy backdrop of 1980s New York, CAT-MAN: Original Sin plunges players into a gritty urban landscape haunted by the insidious spread of the satanic panic.  In this high-octane, over-the-shoulder shooter, you step into the shoes of David Merryweather, a man transformed into the deadly vigilante known as Cat-Man, determined to cleanse the city of its malevolent forces.

Story 

In a city plagued by rumors of dark rituals and child disappearances, David Merryweather is just an average man grappling with the pain of a troubled life and the societal fallout of a world fixated on icons. His life takes a dark turn when something happens that he can't run from, so he adapts.

Driven by something otherworldly, David uncovers a hidden realm of satanic machinations led by the sinister cult leader, Dr. Macabre. With seemingly no origin, Dr. Macabre now revels in chaos, manipulating the minds of the vulnerable and wielding dark powers that instill fear in the heart of the city.

As David transforms into Cat-Man, he dons a spandex, comic book-inspired costume that embodies agility and ferocity. His mission: to infiltrate the cult’s strongholds, dismantle their operations, and rescue those who have fallen prey to Dr. Macabre's twisted ideology. Armed with an arsenal of weapons and an unyielding resolve, players will engage in pulse-pounding action reminiscent of Hotline Miami, blending tactical stealth mechanics inspired by Metal Gear Solid.
